Quality Assurance
Skyform operates active monitoring in the form of internal auditing and inspections. Key Performance Indicators are in place for monitoring and measuring of the company performance. The KPIs are closely monitored to ensure compliance.
Non-Conformities are raised in accordance with the Skyform procedure. Each non-conformity report is recorded on the register and will be followed up with a 5-step Root Cause Analysis to assist in identifying the contributing factors that resulted in the event. Once the Root Cause has been identified, a suitable corrective action can be created to avoid future reoccurrence.
The company directors will be involved in every Non Conformity relating to Skyform Inspection Services, which ensures the matter receives prompt attention from Director Level. Feed back on the outcome is then shared with the customer.
Environmental Protection
Skyform’s commitment to preventing pollution and lowering the environmental impact of the company has been gaining momentum in recent years through the company’s objectives to become Carbon Neutral.
The Skyform Head Office ended their reliance on fossil fuels for the purposes of Heating and Hot Water with the installation of a Renewable Energy Biomass Boiler. This has made a significant reduction in the company’s carbon footprint and became a catalyst for further carbon reductions.
Skyform are currently trialling an electric van in the vehicle fleet which might result in further electric vehicles being added in the years to come. There are also plans for Skyform to use Renewable Energy at the head office, which will reduce the need for petrol and diesel fuel sources.

Corporate Social Responsibility is an important aspect of Skyform operations. We manage several policies which work together to create the framework of the business and creates the ability for Skyform to serve local areas and have a positive influence on the communities we work in.
The guidelines which make up the basis of our Corporate Social Responsibility are:
Code of Conduct Policy
Environmental Policy
Modern Slavery Policy
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Equal Opportunities Policy
Employment Policy
Code of Conduct Policy
This policy sets the standards for behaviour within the organisation. We recognise that the professionalism of our employees is vital to deliver quality service to our clients. The Code of Conduct Policy has been developed to include fairness and equity in decision making to ensure there is a consistent approach in our service delivery.
Environmental Policy
The Environmental Policy is one of three policies which form the structure of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Assurance Management System.
Modern Slavery Policy
Skyform recognise the different types of Modern Slavery and are committed to preventing any form of Forced Labour or Servitude. Skyform ensures that all employees are acting on their own volition and not operating under the control of others.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
The Anti Bribery and Corruption Policy recognises the potential for Skyform employees to be given bribes in order to guarantee a favourable outcome for the requester. Skyform operate strict procedures to ensure this illegal activity does not take place in the company. This includes keeping an impartiality register to ensure that persons who are acting in the key roles are subject to a secondary approval process prior to key decisions being made. This removes the potential for bribery or corrupt action.
Equal Opportunities Policy
Skyform support Equal Opportunities in the workplace and operate a separate Employment Policy to safeguard the recruitment process from any form of bias.
Employment decisions are finalised and approved by the company directors, who will review each candidate prior to any offer of contract is issued.
Employment Policy
This policy promotes equality and diversity in the employment process. Our aim is to ensure that job applicants are not subject to any unfair treatment on the grounds of gender, marital / civil partnership status, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, age or other irrelevant factor.
